• My path into healing wasn’t linear — and that’s what shaped The Cayetano Method. As a professional dancer in New York City, I was deeply attuned to my body, yet plagued by chronic reproductive and cognitive issues that traditional medicine couldn’t explain or resolve. For years, I was treated like a collection of disconnected symptoms, not a whole person.

After exhausting specialists and prescriptions, I chose to take my health into my own hands — researching everything from biochemistry, nutrition and functional medicine to breath-work and somatic therapy. This journey led me to Columbia University where I earned my degree in Evolutionary Biology, and to teaching Gyrotonic, a somatic practice that brought me, and now my clients, back into connection with movement and self-trust.

  • The Cayetano Method is a breath-led, hands-on movement practice designed to restore fluidity, release tension, and reconnect you to your body’s innate intelligence. Rooted in science, shaped by lived experience, and guided by intuition, this method draws from somatic practices, Multiplanar movements that promote injury prevention, and nervous system regulation to help you move with greater clarity, strength, and ease.

  • I support individual’s facing chronic pain, injury recovery, autoimmune conditions, age-related changes, or emotional and nervous system dysregulation. Whether you’re seeking a gentle return to movement or a deeper reconnection with your body, our work meets you where you are — with compassion and precision.

  • I believe in the body’s capacity to heal when we listen closely. My mission is to offer a space where science and self-trust coexist — where you can explore movement not as punishment or performance, but as restoration. Together, we cultivate ease from the inside out.
